摘要
为提高内圆磨砂轮接杆的静动态特性,研制了一种陶瓷-金属复合结构内圆磨砂轮接杆。对所设计的新型内圆磨砂轮接杆和传统接杆的静动态特性进行了有限元对比分析和试验测试。理论分析与试验结果证明,陶瓷-金属复合结构内圆磨接杆较传统接杆的性能有了较明显提高,能够显著提高内圆磨削速度。
In order to improve the static and dynamic performances,a hybrid ceramic--metallic internal grinding wheel spindle was developed. FEM--analysis and performance test were made to investigate the new develeped and traditional grinding wheel spindles. The results have proved that the performances of hybrid ceramic--metallic internal grinding wheel spindle are obviously better as compared with now available grinding wheel spindles. Internal grinding speed can be increased by using the new grinding wheel spindle.
