KiSS－1和基质金属蛋白酶－9在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其意义

Expression and significance of KiSS - 1 and MMP - 9 in squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix

目的探讨KiSS－1和基质金属蛋白酶－9（MMP－9）在正常宫颈黏膜上皮、宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化sP法检测20例正常宫颈黏膜上皮．45例子宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）及50例宫颈鳞癌患者组织中KiSS－1和MMP－9蛋白的表达。结果KiSS—1和MMP－9蛋白的阳性表达率在正常宫颈黏膜上皮、CIN及宫颈鳞癌中的表达率分别为85．0％、62．0％、40．0％和10．O％、64．4％、72．0％；KiSS－1蛋白的失表达与宫颈鳞癌的淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），与患者年龄、组织学分级无关（P〉0.05）；MMP－9蛋白的高表达与宫颈鳞癌的淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），与患者年龄、组织学分级无关（P〉0.05）。子宫颈鳞癌组织中KiSS－1和MMP－9的表达呈负相关（r=-0．642，P〈0．01）。结论KiSS－1和MMP－9的表达与宫颈癌的发生发展、浸润和转移有关，两者呈负相关关系，并可作为宫颈鳞癌浸润转移的检测标志。

Objective To study the expression and its clinical significance of KiSS - 1 and MMP - 9 in squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix（SCC）. Methods To detect the expression of KiSS - 1 and MMP- 9 in 20 cases of chronic cervicitis,45 cases of CIN and 50 cases of SCC by immunohistochemical techniques. Results The positive expression rates of KiSS - 1 and MMP -9 in chronic eervieitis,CIN and SCC were 85.0% ,62.0% ,40.0% and 10.0% ,64.4% ,72.0% ,respectively. The low expression of KiSS - 1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis, but there was no relationship with histological grade and age. The high expression of MMP - 9 was correlated with lymph node metastasis, but there was no relationship with histological grade and age. The KiSS - 1 expression was negative correla- tion with MMP - 9 expression in SCC （ r = - 0. 642, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The expression of KiSS- 1 and MMP -9 were correlated with development, invasion and metastasis of human SCC. The KiSS - 1 expression is negative correlation with MMP - 9 expression in SCC, and they can be signals for detecting the invasion and metastasis of human SCC.
