糖尿病性白内障围术期临床分析

Clinical analysis of perioperative management in patients with diabetic cataract

目的探讨糖尿病性白内障围术期的合理处理方法。方法回顾性分析108例（120眼）糖尿病性白内障手术患者的临床资料。结果108例（120眼）患者中伤口Ⅰ期愈合107例（119眼），1例（1眼）出现严重感染，行眼内容摘除术，8例（9眼）人工晶体前膜形成。术后1周视力≥0．576例。结论正确把握糖尿病白内障手术时机，重视血糖检查在白内障手术中的重要性，才能提高疗效，降低糖尿病眼病的致盲率。

Objective To search for the appropriate perioperative management in patients with diabetic cataract. Methods We used the retrospective analysis to analyze the relevant date of 108 diabetic patients （120 eyes）, in which the cataract extract surgery were operated in our hospital during Oct. 1999 and Mar. 2006. Results Among them, 107 diabetic patients （119 eyes） healed by first intention, one patient （one eye） occurred severe infection and enucleation was done in this eye, and IOL anterior membranes were formed in 8 patients （9 eyes）. In 76 patients, the visual acuities were not less than 0. 5 one week after surgery. Conclusions In the perioperative management in patients with diabetic cataract, it is important to seize the felicitous opportunity and pay attention to blood glucose examination that will improve the curative effect and decrease the blind causing rate of patients diabetic ophthalmopathy.
