整合素αv、β1亚基在人脑星形细胞瘤的表达特征

摘要 目的探索整合素αv、β1亚基在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学方法SP检测42例人脑星形细胞瘤标本中整合素αv、β1亚基的表达情况。结果在人脑星形细胞瘤标本中,整合素各亚基阳性染色主要定位于肿瘤细胞和部分血管内皮细胞,整合素αv、β1亚基的阳性染色强度随着肿瘤级别的增高而显著增高,高级别组与低级别组之间的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),二者的表达水平呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论整合素αv、β1亚基的表达强度参与人脑星形细胞瘤恶性行为的调控,同时二者在表达上存在相关性作用。 Objective To explore the expression patterns of integrin αv and β1 subunit in the human brain astrocytoma. Methods To examine the expression of integrin αv,β1 subunit in 42 cases of human brain astrocytoma specimens by immunohistochemistry. Results In the human brain astrocytoma specimens, integrin subunit positive staining was localizedmainly in the glioma cells and some in blood vessel endothelial cells. The expression of integrin αv and β1 subunit with histological grade were significantly increased. Low - level and highlevel group showed significant difference in expression (P 〈 0. 05)and there was a certain correlation between the expression of integrin αv , β1 ,subunit by Speraman correlation analysis (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions The expression of integrin αv , β1 subunit in the human brain astrocytoma control its malignant behavior and there is a certain correlation between the expression of integrin αv and β1 subunit.
