单侧甲状腺手术显露的新方法

New operative method in exposing single side of thyroid

目的介绍一种单侧甲状腺手术显露的新方法。方法总结带状肌“半帘状开窗术”显露单侧甲状腺在250例甲状腺疾病手术中的经验。结果患者无手术死亡病例，无喉返伤及甲状旁腺功能低下，无颈总动脉、颈内静脉及迷走神经损伤。结论新的单侧甲状腺手术显露方法可使手术视野暴露清楚，减少手术并发症，而且出血少，手术时间短。

Objective To introduce a new operative method in exposing Methods We reported experience cases with thyroid disease. Results of the new method in exposing single side of single side of thyroid. thyroid applied in 250 There was not mortality, injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve or hypoparathyroidism,injury of common carotid artery, internal jugular vein or vagus nerve. Conclusions The new operative method can clearly expose visual field of operation, reduce operative complication. And operation hemorrhage was a little and time was short.
