摘要 对金属硅进行除硼处理,以解决定向凝固提纯硅对分凝系数大的硼的分离效果不明显难题。高温条件下向经过酸处理的硅粉通入蒸汽,硼经扩散与蒸汽反应。通过实验确定了硅粉粒径、反应温度和反应时间与除硼效果的关系。 To remove boron from metal-grade silicon had to solve the problem that the separation of boron in directional solidification was not obvious because of the large segregation coefficient of boron. Adding steam to acid-treated silicon powder at high-temperature, boron could diffuse, react with steam and ultimately be removed. The relations between silicon particle size, temperature, reaction time-and the efficiency of removing boron were established through experiments.
