摘要
1950年,铁道部颁布了《铁路桥涵设计规程(初稿)》,1959年颁布了《铁路桥涵设计规范》。1971~1975年,我国对各种工程规范进行了一次成功的改革。1985~1997年,铁道部进行了一次以结构可靠度理论为指导的铁路桥设计规范的修订工作,但没有取得预期效果。对我国铁路桥设计规范今后的修订工作提出一些看法和建议。
In 1950, the Ministry of Railways, China promulgated the Norm for Design of Railway Bridges and Culverts (the First Draft) and late in 1959, the Ministry put into effect the Code for Design of Railway Bridges and Culverts. Within the period from 1971 to 1975, the departments concerned made a successful reform of all kinds of engineering codes of the county and from the years 1985 to 1997, the Ministry amended its railway bridge design codes under the guidance of structural reliability theory, however, the amendment this time failed to achieve the effect as expected. In this paper, the author gives his opinions and proposals for possible amendment of the railway bridge design codes in the days to come.
