Construction Techniques for Rigid Fixity Section of Pylon and Girder of Navigable Bridge of Shenzhen Bay Highway Bridge

深圳湾公路大桥通航孔桥为斜塔单索面钢箱梁斜拉桥,该桥桥塔从钢箱梁内部穿过,桥塔与钢箱梁之间通过剪力钉和纵、横向预应力加强连接。主要介绍该桥塔梁固结段0号块支架施工、钢箱梁吊装、混凝土浇注及预应力施工。

The navigable bridge of Shenzhen Bay Highway Bridge is a steel box girder cablestayed bridge with an inclined single pylon and single cable plane. The pylon of the bridge stands through the box girder where the pylon is rigidly fixed with the girder by shear studs and longitudinal and transverse prestressing systems. This paper mainly deals with the construction of block No. 0 at the rigid fixity section of the pylon and girder on scaffolding, lifting and erection of the girder, casting of concrete and construction of prestressing.
