摘要 作者对深Ⅲ度烧伤，经MEBT／MEBO治疗后形成的肉芽创面行微粒皮种植，培养上皮组织使创面愈合。该法解决了Ⅲ度烧伤在形成肉芽创面后，因皮源不足而不能封闭创面的难题。本文对微粒皮种植技术的操作方法，作了介绍，并附有典型病例和图片供临床医师参考。 The authors treated deep third degree burn wounds with MEBT/MEBO and the granulation woundsthus formed were treated with granular skin grafting.The wounds healed after cultivation of epithelial tis-sue. This method resolved the probIem of shortage ofskin sources and the difficuIty of wound closure.
