动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 股骨转子间骨折是老年人最常见的骨折之一,保守治疗常导致骨不连、骨折延迟愈合及骨畸形愈合,且长期卧床会带来褥疮、肺部感染等并发症,保守治疗死亡率高达35%;Cronell L2报道65岁以上老年人行保守治疗,只有50%能恢复独立生活,恢复到伤前功能水平的仅占25%,而手术治疗者80%以上的患肢功能恢复满意。目前,国内外学者多主张手术治疗。动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定是有效的手术方法之一。我们自1998年7月-2007年8月49例股骨转子间骨折患者采用DHS内固定治疗,疗效良好。
