MEBO纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血59例报告

59 Cases of Nasal Hemorrhage Treated with MEBO Gauze Packing Method

鼻出血是耳鼻喉科常见急症之一。以往延用的凡士林油纱条填塞法副作用较多。我院应用湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血463例，取得良好效果。本文对59例住院病人进行总结分析，证实MEBO纱条鼻腔填塞具有止血，止痛效果好，填塞物具有芳香气味不腐臭病人愿接受而且无感染等优点。是凡士林油纱条的替代材料，有广泛的临床使用推广价值。

463 cases of nasal hemorrhage were treated withMEBO gauze packing method. The results were very satisfactory.This paper summarizes the results of treating 59 inpatients. It shows that MEBO gauze packing method has good antihemorrhage, antiinfec-tive and analgesic efects. The packing material hasgood smelling and is welcomed by the patients.MEBO gauze can be widely used to replace vaselinegauze.
