摘要
本文采用电化学聚合方法制备了基于聚苯胺的电致变发射率器件,对器件的电致变色性能、电致变发射率性能及器件响应时间和循环使用寿命进行了研究。研究结果表明:器件在可见光波段具有良好的电致变色性能,不同电压下器件颜色在黄绿、深绿及蓝黑之间可逆变化;器件呈柔性,在工作状态下可弯折,具有一定的颜色记忆效应。发射率测试表明,不同电压下器件在8~12μm波段平均发射率的变化幅度为0.23。器件在室温条件下的响应时间为秒级,具有一定的循环使用寿命。
Vavriable emissivity electrochromic device based on polyaniline was preparation upon electrochemical polymerization method and the properties of the device was stuied. The results showed that the device exhibited good electrochromic property in the visible range and color of the device varied from yellow green to dark green and to dark blue reversibly upon different potentials. The device was flexible, allowing it to be bent at working state, and the device showed an optical memory. The average emissivity dynamic range of the device was about 0.23 in the 8- 12 μm range upon different potentials. The switching time of the device was at seconds level at room temperature and the device showed a cyclability.
