摘要
为解决因散货码头的装卸工艺过于复杂而导致仿真系统设计上的困难,采用可拓展策略知识库的方式建立了用于处理作业干扰、优化仿真系统运行的智能处理模块,设计了相应的散货码头工艺智能仿真系统。以中国北方某大型散粮码头为例,应用WITNESS平台开发了相应的仿真程序,对仿真系统的智能化效果进行了测试。结果表明,采用智能模块对散货码头工艺仿真过程进行控制,能够以更为优化的方式处理仿真系统运行时发生的作业干扰。
To solve the difficulties which were resulted from complexity of handling process in bulk terminal simulation system design, presented an intelligent module with the optimized simulation system based on extensible policy knowledge base to handle the operation interference. Based on this module, designed an intelligent system about handling process of bulk terminal. Developed a handling process simulation program based on WITNESS to test the effects of the simulation system for the case of a bulk terminal in the north of China. The simulation results show that the module used to control the process of the bulk terminal simulation is more superior in handling the operation interference.
