摘要
本文报道肝内胆管结石伴发肝内胆管瘤13例。发现长期胆管结石、胆道感染并发肿块、硬化是其最突出的临床表现。认为术前术中诊断性穿刺、术中快速切片和胆汁肿瘤标记物测定可提高诊断率。
In this report, 13 intrahepatic bile duct stone cases were found to be complicated with duct carcinoma locat-ed all with stone containing ducts. We detected that the most of important clinical presentations were accompanied with lo-cal occupation and scleosis,based on long-term bile duct stone and infection. However,diagnosic puncture of pre-opre-tion,intro-opretion,quick section and determination of turmor marker of bile may increase diagnosic rate.
