Laser treatment of Ota perioperative nursing

目的:探讨MedliteC3激光治疗太田痣围手术期的护理工作,以便进一步提高太田痣治疗效果。方法:通过对本科室8年来108例太田痣患者激光治疗前后的治疗及护理过程进行总结,介绍了在围手术期需要注意的问题,以及对病患的心理护理工作。结果:太田痣激光治疗前、治疗中和治疗后都有需要医护的良好配合,而对于患者的心理护理工作同样是至关重要的。否则可能影响治疗的效果。结论:良好的围手术期护理工作对于保障和提高激光对太田痣疗效有重要的意义。

Objective：To study the peri - operative stage nursing care in MedliteC3 laser treatment for Nevus of Ota, so to improve the therapeutic efficacy. Methods：To summarize our nursing work in recent 8 years for 108 Nevus of Ota patients. The key points in peri - operative stage nursing care, including mental nursing services were introduced. Results： A well cooperation of doctors and nurses, and mental care were necessary during laser therapy for Nevus of Ota, also in prior or post treatment, otherwise, therapeutic effect could be badlly influenced. Conclusion： Fine peri - operative stage nursing care means significantly in the MedliteC3 laser treatment for Nevus of Ota.
