摘要 试验研究了氰尿酸对三氯异氰尿酸杀菌性能的影响。结果表明:水中氰尿酸的最佳质量浓度为20~80mg/L,一旦循环水中氰尿酸质量浓度达到100 mg/L,将会降低三氯异氰尿酸的杀菌性能,产生"氯锁定"现象。解决方法是通过投加一定量三聚氰胺,利用三聚氰胺与水中氰尿酸反应生成沉淀,进一步通过旁滤过滤除去沉淀从而降低循环水中氰尿酸浓度,以使其保持在合理的浓度范围内。 It has been investigated that the effects of cyanuric acid on bactericidal performance of trichloro-isocyanuric acid (TCCA). A solution to the reduction of cyanuric acid concentration in circulating cooling water is put forward. The results indicate that the optimal concentration range of cyanuric acid in water is from 20 to 80 mg/L. Once the concentration reaches 100 mg/L, the bactericidal performance of TCCA will decline, which is called "chlorine lock". The solution is to add an mount of melamine, which can react with the cyanuric acid to form an insoluble salt precipitate. The resulted precipitate can be removed through the bypass filtration system, and the concentration of cyanuric acid remains in a reasonable range.
