硝基苯胺类农药废水处理的研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 采用Fenton试剂氧化-水解酸化-Biofor(一段式生物过滤氧化反应器)工艺处理硝基苯胺类农药废水。结果表明:Fenton试剂氧化CODCr去除率为73.8%,色度去除率为88.7%;水解酸化-Biofor工艺处理CODCr去除率在20%~60%,色度去除率为63.9%,在总进水CODcr≤19870mg/L、色度≤20000倍时,采用Fenton试剂氧化-水解酸化-Biofor工艺,加入适当的冷却水稀释盐分,处理后出水CODCr〈100mg/L、色度〈50倍。 Fenton reagent oxidation-hydrolytic acidification-Biofor process used for treating nitroaniline pesticide wastewater is described. The results show that the removal rates of CODCr and chroma are 73.8% and 88.7% respectively by Fenton reagent oxidation; and the removal rates of CODCr and chroma are 20%-60% and 63.9% respectively by hydrolytic acidification-Biofor process. When the total influent CODCr and chroma are ≤ 19 870 mg/L and ≤ 20 000 times, respectively. Fenton reagent oxidation-hydrolytic acidification-Biofor process is used, adding adequate cooling water to dilute salinity. After the treatment, the CODCr of effluent is less than 100 mg/L and the chroma is less than 50 times.
