摘要
能源的可持续发展是世界也是我国范围内的重大战略问题,关系到人类社会的生存与长远发展。本文首先分析了世界和我国能源消费的现状,指出能源消费面临严峻形势;确立了未来50年我国能源发展的目标,其总目标是由化石能源为主转向可持续能源为主;为了实现这一目标和能源的可持续发展,探讨了一些发达国家的能源发展战略和具体的做法,进而提出了适合我国特点的能源可持续发展战略。我们应立足科学发展观,注重能源资源的节约,提高能源利用效率,加快可再生能源的开发利用,并加强生态环境保护。
Sustainable development of energy is a major strategic issue in the world, but also within the scope of China. It is related to human society＇s survival and long-term development. This paper first analyzes the status of energy consumption in the world and China, and points out that energy consumption is facing severe situation. Summarizing the goals of China＇s energy development in the next 50 years, the whole goal is the shift of fossil energy towards sustainable energy. In order to achieve this objective and sustainable development of energy, we discuss the strategy and some specific practices of energy development in the developed countries, then put forward sustainable development strategy of energy suitable for the characteristics of China. We should be based on the scientific concept of development, pay attention to the conservation of energy and resources, improve efficiency in the use of energy, accelerate development and utilization of renewable energy, and strengthen ecological and environmental protection.
