我国制造业环境成本的实证分析与思考

Empirical Analysis and Thinking about Environmental Costs of China's Industry

我国已成为世界制造大国,环境成本大,并随着制造业的发展而增加。由于环境成本没有内化于产品价格之中,每年大量制造业产品净出口意味着财富向外转移。为此,文章建议我国内化环境成本、加强制造业新型化改造、加速产业升级、鼓励一些制造业向低产业梯度国家转移。

China has become a world-class big country in industry; the amount of environmental cost is great, and increased with development of the industry. Because environmental cost is not internalized in product prices, a large number net exports of industry goods every year means that the wealth have shifted to other country. So 1 recommend our country internalizing environment cost, strengthening to reform Chinese industry into new type, accelerating industrial to upgrade, and encouraging some industries to transfer to low gradient countries.
