Optimization of Extraction Technology of Liensinine from Nelumbo nucifera by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:优选莲子心的提取工艺。方法:以莲心碱提取率为指标,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,乙醇用量为4倍莲子心药材量,提取次数2次,每次1 h。结论:该工艺是在模拟生产条件下优选出的,对指导生产具有参考价值。

OBJECTIVE： To optimize the extracting technology of Nelumbo nucifera. METHODS： The extraction technology of Nelumbo nucifera was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the extraction rate of liensinine as index and with the concentration and amount of alcohol and the extraction time and extraction times as factors. RESULTS： The optimal conditions for extraction technology was as follows： adding fourfold amount of 80% alcohol and refluxing and extracting twice （1h each time） . CONCLUSION： The extracting technology optimized under simulated conditions serves as a reference for industrial production.
