摘要
目的:研究吉祥草的化学成分。方法:利用溶剂提取、硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱等手段进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从吉祥草中共分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为棕榈酸(1)、1-O-十六烷酸甘油酯(2)、亚油酸甲酯(3)、十四酸(4)、N-P-香豆酰酪胺(5)、熊果酸(6)、三十烷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:除化合物(8)外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Reineckia carnea .METHODS: The compounds were separated and purified by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography etc. The structures of the chemical constituents were identified based on physico-chemical property and spectral data. RESULTS: A total of eight compounds were separated from Reineckia carnea, which were identified to be hexadecanoic acid(1), glycerolmonopalmitate(2), methyl linoleate(3), tetradecanoic acid(4), N-p- coumaroyltyramine(5), ursolic acid(6), triacontane (7), β-sitosterol(8). CONCLUSION: All the compounds except compound 8 were obtained for the first time from Reineckia ca rhea .
