摘要
目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定复方首乌合剂中大黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(68:32),检测波长为220 nm。结果:大黄素的检测浓度在7.8~78.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.25%,RSD=1.09%(n=9)。结论:本法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于复方首乌合剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of emodin in Compound shouwu mixture. METHODS: The determination was performed on Diamonsil Cls column( 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid (68 : 32) . The detective wavelength was set at 220 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of emodin was 7.8--78.0μg·mL 1( r =-0.999 8) with an average recovery rate of 98.25% (RSD = 1.09%, n = 9).CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and it is applicable for the quality control of the Compound shouwu mixture.
