摘要
目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定桂枝茯苓滴丸中桂皮醛含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Symmetry C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(21:79),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为284 nm。结果:桂皮醛的检测浓度在4~40μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8):平均回收率为99.39%,RSD=1.22(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、精密度好,可用于桂枝茯苓滴丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of cinnamaldehyde in Guizhi fuling drop pills by RPHPLC. METHODS: The determination was performed on Symmetry C18(150 mm × 4.6mm, 4μm) with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid solution(21 : 79) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of cinnamaldehyde was 4--40μg· mL^-1( r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.39% (RSD = 1.22, n = 9) .CONCLUSION: The established method is simple, accurate, precise and applicable for the quality control of Guizhi ruling drop pills.
