摘要
应用纸色谱法分析了彩色水笔所用的不同颜色的油墨,主要对其中色素作了定性和定量测定。纸色谱分析中用由正丁醇、乙醇及水以10比2比3的比例混合的溶剂作为展开剂,根据色斑的比移值及其吸收峰值,经与对照品比较后对油墨中色素作出鉴别。移取一定量油墨(约10 mg)作样品,溶于一定体积的水中(为25 mL),用双波长分光光度法及一阶导数分光光度法进行定量测定。应用此法对323 WP-10及326 WP-10型彩色水笔所用的不同颜色的油墨作分析。
Paper chromatography was applied to the analysis of eolour pen ink of different colors used for colour pens. A mixture of n-butanol, ethanol and water (mixed in the ratio of 10+2+3) was used as developing solvent. Kinds of dyes were identified on the base of values of specific migration and absorption maxima of the colour spots comparing with the pigment references. Quantitative analysis of the pigments was performed by DW-spectrophotometry and 1st derivative spectrophotometry, taking a definite amount (ca. 10 mg) of the ink as sample. The proposed method was used in the analysis of inks of different colors of the 323 WP-10 and the 326 WP-10 colour pens.
