摘要
相对于传统二节摩擦式导板设计,介绍了一种新型螺旋焊管生产线导板设计方式:使用中间连接板,将二节设计改为三节,同时使用凹凸台阶传递力的方式。此设计可以有效解决摩擦式导板的固有缺陷,即导向面受力过大,易于变形、滑动等。
Compared with the conventional two-sectioned friction guide plate, a new type guide plate of the spiral pipe plant is introduced here in the article. It features adoption of an intermediate connecting plate which turns the original two-sectioned structure into a three-sectioned one, and employment of the concave-convex stepped force transmission method. As a result, the intrinsic weak point to the original friction guide plate, i.e., excessive load the guiding plane bears, which leads to a trend to be deformed and sliding is solved effectively.
