介绍了钢管平端倒棱工艺过程和平端倒棱机控制系统的硬件构成,在分析FM354伺服定位模块特点及功能和方波永磁同步电动机工作原理的基础上,详细说明了基于FM354的伺服定位系统在钢管平端倒棱机上的具体应用以及PLC控制程序和移动程序的设计思路和方法。
Described in the paper are the operation process and hardware configuration of the control system of the facing-chamfering machine. Analyzed are the characteristics and functions of the FM354 servo-positioning module and the working principle of the square wave synchronous magneto. And detailed are the particular application of the said servo-positioning system to the machine as well as the design concepts and methods of the PLC control program and the movement program on the basis of the analyses.
