“动静结合”骨折治疗原则生物力学基础研究 被引量:22

Biomechanical Study on the Principle of “Integrating Mobility with Immobility ” in Treating Fracture

摘要 在离体培养骨组织水平对“动静结合”骨折治疗原则的确实行了生物力学研究。运用能实现间断和持续性纵向加压的机械装置在鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜上培养的经半截断处理的骨组织施行不同力度的加压,造成离体培养骨组织骨折愈合生物力学模型。并采用电子计算机图像处理系统对不脱钙骨组织切片行图像分析、定量地对比间断加压高力组(3.40~5.10g)与低力组(0.49~1.35g),持续加压高力组(3.10~4.40g)与低力组(0.33~1.00g),以及对照组间,包括总骨小梁体积、类骨质体积等14组指标参数的均数,结果表明,间断加压对骨折愈合有肯定的作用,持续加压也有作用,但作用相对较弱,力值的大小与愈合程度有关。 We had performed a biomechanical experiment in the level of the cultured bone organs to testify the realbility of 'integrating mobility with immobility'in treating fracture- A mech-nical apparatus was designed, which was able to offer intermittant and continuous compressive force to the half-fractured bone organs which were cultured on the chick chroriollantoic membrane (CAM ). Using this new modal, the effects of intermittant and contincus compressive force on the fracture healing were compared with the osteohistomorphometry. 14 sets of parameters including TBV (total bone volume), VV-OS -L (volumetric density of lamellar osteoid),OBI (os-teoblastic index)etc,were used to compare among the groups of higher intermittant force,lower intermittant force,higher continous force,lower continous force and control group. The results indicate: (1)both intermittant and continous compressive forces are able to improve fracture healing; (2)the later is less effective than the formar; (3)the extent of fracture healing depends on the magnitude of the force.
