颈椎康治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis with Jin Zhui Kang

为了进一步观察颈椎康治疗神经根型颈椎病和部分其椎动脉混合型颈椎病的临床效果,选用诊断明确患者120例,单盲法随机将其分90例为治疗组.30例用颈复康治疗作为对照组。结果显示:治疗组临床治愈和显效74例(82.2％).对照组治愈和显效17例(56.7％),治疗组显效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。文中并就有关症状体征等观察指标及其作用机理进行丁分析探讨。

In order to observe further the clinical effect of the theatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis and mixture cervical spondylosis with Jin Zhui Kang We selected 120 cases definitely diagnosed. All cases were randomly divided into two groups accroding to single blindness. The therapeutic group taking Jin Zhui Kang was 90 cases. The control group taking Jin Zhui Kang was 30 cases. The results showed that 74 cases (82. 2%)oi the therapeutic group and 17 cases (56. 7%)of the control group were cured or made effectual and that the curative effect of the therape u-tic group was obviously better than that of the cotrol group (P<0. 05). We had a series of analysis and exploration on the improving of some symptoms and signs and its mechanism in this article.
