摘要
利用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus,选择合理的模型和热力学方法,并借鉴文献中的动力学方程对液相循环羰基合成丁醛工艺进行了模拟研究。模拟结果与工业实际数据吻合良好。
The oxo process with liquid phase circulation for the production of butyraldehyde from propylene was simulated by Aspen Plus software and choosing proper model, thermodynamic methods, and kinetic equations from literatures. The simulation results agree very well with the practical industrial data.
