摘要
采用光学显微镜、热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪及热常数测试仪等测试分析了铜碲硒铁合金在25-400℃温度范围内的显微组织、物相组成及热导率的变化情况。结果表明:铜碲硒铁合金在25-400℃温度范围内组织较稳定,无新相生成;在25-400℃温度范围内该合金的热导率随温度变化不大,在200℃时,热导率最小为5.497W·cm^-1·K^-1,而在25℃时,热导率最大为5.898W·cm^-1·K^-1。
The microstructure, phase composition and thermal conductivity of CuTeSeFe alloy in the temperature range of 25--400 ℃ were measured and analyzed by optical microscopy, DSC, XRD, SEM/EDS and thermal constant tester. The results show that CuTeSeFe alloy in the temperature range of 25--400 ℃ possessed reletively good microstructure stability and no new phases formed. The thermal conductivity of CuTeSeFe alloy changed a little with the temperature in the range of 25-400℃, and reached its lowest value of 5. 497 W · cm^-1· K^-1 at 200℃ and its highest value of 5. 898 W ·cm^-1 · K^-1 at 25℃.
