摘要
为了采煤机能切割煤体,在回采巷道两帮支护中经常需要采用可切割锚杆或者可拆卸锚杆。粘结式可拆卸锚杆的锚头由套管和顶端的螺母焊接制成。树脂锚固剂充填于套管与锚杆孔壁之间,将锚头锚固于钻孔,锚杆杆体拧固在螺母上,实现锚杆的固定。通过室内试验,测定了该种锚杆锚固力与套管长度的关系,并在煤矿回采巷道两帮支护中应用获得成功。实践表明,该种锚杆安装方便,容易拆卸回收复用,锚固性能可靠,测得锚固力可达到50 kN。
In order to favorable to the coal cutting of the coal shearer, the cutable bolts or disassemble bolts were often applied to the two sidewall support of the mining gateway. The head of the binding disassemble boh was consisted of a easing and cap nut welded. The resin binder was backfilled between the boreholc wall and the casing and the head of the bolt was anchored in the borehole. The bolt bar was fastened in the cap nut. Therefore the bolt could be fastened. With the tests conducted in the lab, the relationship between the bolt anchored force and the casing length was measured. The disassemble bolts were successfully applied in the two sidewall support of the mining gateways of the mine. The practices showed that the disassemble bolt could be easy to be assembled at the site for support and to be disassembled at the site for the bolt recovery. The anchoring performances of the bolt could be reliable and the anchored force measured was up to 50 kN.
