摘要
在低透气性厚煤层进行全层放顶煤开采时,为了解决工作面风速超限或工作面回风隅角、回风巷瓦斯超限等问题,鹤壁中泰矿业公司进行了全层放顶煤工作面内错式瓦斯尾巷治理瓦斯试验研究并推广运用,研究结果发现:采用瓦斯尾巷后工作面平均节省风量520m^3/min,提升了矿井通风能力;炮放面平均月推进度为27.3~41.6m,综放面平均月推进度为34.3~57.5m,有效消除了采空区残煤氧化自燃的安全隐患。
When a full seam top coal caving mining in the low permeability thick seam, in order to solve the ventilation velocity over limit in the coal mining face or the gas content over limit in the air return corner and air return gateway of the coal mining face, Hebi Zhongtai Coal Mining Company had conducted the test research and application of the inner dislocated gas tai gateway gas control in the full seam top coal caving mining face. The research results showed that when the gas tai gateway applied, the average ventilation quantity of the coal mining face could be saved by 520 m^3/min and the mine ventilation capacity could be improved. The average month advancing rate of the drilling and blasting mining face would he 27.3 - 41.6 m and the average month advancing rate of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face would be 34. 3 - 57.5 m. The safety dangers of the left coal oxidized spontaneous combustion in the goaf could be effectively eliminated.
