摘要
为了解决矿井综采工作面严重的煤尘问题,改善作业环境,基于喷雾降尘机理和先隔尘后降尘的思路,设计了一种新型喷雾隔降尘装置。现场应用结果表明:该装置对采煤机滚筒采煤时产生的煤尘进行包裹,防止煤尘扩散,全尘降尘效率为65.5%~76.9%,呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率为61.1%~71.4%;这种新型喷雾装置覆盖面积更大,雾化效果更好,且所需水压不超过3MPa。
In order to solve the serious coal dust problem in fully mechanized coal mining face and to improve the operation environment in the mine, a new water spraying and dust control device was designed based on the water spraying dust control mechanism and dust isolation and control idea. The site application results showed that the device could pack the coal dust occurred by the coal shearer drum to prevent the coal dust spreading. The total coal dust control efficiency could reach 65.5% to 76.9%. The dust control efficiency of the respirable dust could reach 61.1% to 71.4%. The new water spraying device could bestrow have a large dust control area and get a good spraying result. The water pressure required could not be over 3 MPa.
