摘要
为了有效抽放采空区的瓦斯,唐山矿研究了地面钻孔抽放采空区瓦斯技术,并确定了钻孔的设计方式、终孔位置、封孔范围、下套管及封孔方式、采后上覆岩层裂隙分布状况等,采用地面钻孔抽放采空区瓦斯技术后,瓦斯的抽放体积分数为50%,流量为2.5 m3/min,并且减少了封闭采空区瓦斯向巷道内涌出,又形成临近区域回采工作面采空区瓦斯向已封闭采空区运动的趋势,在一定程度上杜绝了瓦斯事故。
In order to effectively drain gas from the goaf, Tangshan Mine had a study on the gas drainage technology of the goaf with boreholes at surface ground. Also the mine defined the borehole design method, borehole bottom location, borehole sealing scope, casing and borehole sealing method, cracking distribution conditions above strata after the face mining terminated and others. When the gas drainage technology of the goaf with the boreholes at the surface ground applied, the concentration of the gas drainage was about 50% and the flow rate was 2. 5 m^3/min. The gas emission from the sealed goaf to the mine gateway was reduced and there was a tendency of the gas from other goaf closed to the sealed goal migrated to the sealed goaf. In this case, the gas disaster was eliminated in a certain degree.
