下肢深静脉血栓形成(LEDVT)是妇产科术后最为严重的并发症之一,严重时直接威胁患者生命。临床上对于LEDVT的早期诊断和治疗至关重要。近年来随着抗凝、溶栓治疗经验的累积以及腔静脉滤器置入技术的发展,妇产科术后LEDVT的治疗效果获得明显改善。

Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （LEDVT） is one of the most important complications after operations of gynecology and obstetrics. It threatens the lives of the patients. The most important thing is to diagnose and treat early. Recently, the treatment of anticoagnlation,thrombolysis and vena cava filter has developed greatly, and the therapeutic efficacy for LEDVT has been greatly improved.
