基于DEA方法的利用外资质量的综合评价

A Synthesis Evaluation of FDI Quality Based on DEA

我国近几年来吸引外资数量一直高居世界首位。按照科学发展观的要求,经济的发展也趋于理性,从单纯的数量型向质量型发展。因此,如何提高利用外资的质量问题以及对利用外资质量进行综合评价是在理论上亟待解决的问题。本文首先对利用外资质量进行了定义,然后提出了基于和谐社会的引资目标的调整,在此基础上构建了利用外资质量综合评价指标体系,最后运用DEA方法对我国部分省市的利用外资质量进行了综合评价。

The amount of China attracting FDI rages the first in the world in recent years. Based on the view of the scientific development, economic development has become rational and quality-oriented instead. How to improve the quality of using foreign capital and how to evaluate the quality of foreign investment are very important. This paper first gives the definition of the quality of using FDI, then puts forward the new objectives based on harmonious society, and constructs the evaluation index system by using FDI, finally evaluates the FDI quality of China＇s provinces.
