摘要
如何管理好科研经费,是当前各个高校普遍面临的重点和难点问题,本文针对这一难点问题进行了探析。从现状出发,分析了问题存在和出现的原因,探讨了加强科研经费管理的有效措施和途径。
How to manage the research funding well is an important and difficult question faced by colleges and universities. This paper explores this question, analyzes its causes and discusses the effective measures and approaches of enhancing the management of research funding.
