Bcl-2、c-myc与胃癌细胞凋亡的关系

Correlation between Expression of Bcl2 and cmyc and Apoptosis of Gastric Cancer

目的：探讨癌基因Ｂｃｌ２、ｃｍｙｃ对细胞凋亡的影响。方法：用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法检测两者在６０例胃癌中的表达，并在光镜下对受检组织ＨＥ片进行凋亡细胞计数。结果：Ｂｃｌ２、阳性胃癌的细胞凋亡指数明显低于阴性胃癌（０４１±０２９比０．８６±０．５１，Ｐ＜００５），ｃｍｙｃ阳性组织较阴性组织有更高的凋亡指数（０７１±０．３１比０．３２±０．２０，Ｐ＜００５）。结论：Ｂｃｌ２与ｃｍｙｃ对胃癌细胞凋亡有相反的调控作用。

Objective: To study correlation between expression of the Bcl2 and cmyc and apoptosis of gastric carcinoma.Methods: The expression of the Bcl2 and cmyc,in 60 gastric cancers,were detected with immunohistochemistry methods(LSAB),and the apoptotic cells were counted microscopically.Results:There was a lower apoptotic index in the Bcl2 positive tissues than that in the negative ones (0.41±0.29 vs 0.86±0.51)P<0.05.There was a higher apoptotic index in the cmyc positive tissues(0.71±0.31) than that of negative tissues(0.32±0.20)P<0.05.Conclusion: There was a inverse effect on apoptosis of gastric cancer between Bcl2 and cmyc
