增殖细胞核抗原在各级胃粘膜病变中的表达

Expression of Proliferation Cell Nuclear Antigen in Gastric Epithelia with Different Severity of Lesions

目的：探讨增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）在不同胃粘膜病变中的表达状况。方法：采用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法，检测１３５例不同胃粘膜病变组织和１５例正常胃粘膜，增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）的表达，并对其进行定量分析。结果：ＰＣＮＡ免疫阳性细胞数随病变发展呈上升趋势，其定量分析数据除浅表性胃炎与正常胃粘膜无明显差异外，其余各组间差异显著（Ｐ＜００５），癌组织中，ＰＣＮＡ表达变化与胃癌生物学行为密切相关。结论：ＰＣＮＡ不仅反映细胞增生状况，而且对胃粘膜病变监测和胃癌患者预后判断具有指导意义。

Objective: Study expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in gastric epithelia with different severity of lesions.Methods: PCNA,in 150 cases of normal gastric mucosa and gastric epithelia different severity of lesions,were detected with the immunohistochemistry method (ABC),and quantitive analysis was made.Results: With leisions progression,the number of positive cell per mm2 by PCNA increased,there was a significant difference (P<0.05) each other in all other groups except that normal mucosa one did not valublely correlated with superficial gastritis.In the gastric cancer tissue,expression of PCNA correlated positively with biological behavior of gastric cancer.Conclusion:Expression of PCNA can not only show cell proliferation state but also be used in detecting progression of gastric mucosa and judging prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
