摘要
本文采用Carr-Purel-Meiboom-Gil序列及古埃氏法分别测定了超磁显注射液与Endorem的弛豫率和磁化率,结果表明:超磁显注射液的T2弛豫率与磁化率分别为0.13829×106mol-1.sec-1和30346×10-6cgs/gFe,与进口Endorem的T2弛豫率(0.16571×106mol-1·sec-1)及磁化率(34658×10-6cgs/gFe)十分相近。我们制备的超磁显注射液与进口同类产品Endorem具有相似的磁学特性及相似的造影效果。
the magnetic properties including relaxivity and magnetic susceptibility of Chao Ci Xian injection synthesized by authors were investigated.The Properties were compared with that of commercial preparationEndorem (Guerbet,Paris,France).Material and Methods:MR transvsere relaxivity was determined with a CarrPurcellMeiboomGill Sequence in 1.5Tesla MR System.The magnetic susceptibility was measured by traditional Gouy method.Results:The T2 relaxivities for both Chao Ci Xian injection and Endorem were 0.13829×106mol1.sec1 and 0.16571×106mol1.sec1 respectively. Moreover,magnetic susceptibilities of Chao Ci Xian injection and Endorem were 30346×106c.g.s/gFe and 34658×106c.g.s/gFe respectively.Conclusion:The effects of T2 relaxivity and magnetic susceptibility presented by both SPIO contraotagents were similar.therefore Chao Ci Xian injection is a potential effective MR contrast agent
