瘦素与肝硬化营养不良的关系 被引量：4

摘要 瘦素是ob基因的产物,由脂肪细胞合成的蛋白类激素,具有抑制食欲、抑制脂肪合成、减少能量摄取、增加能量消耗等生物学效应。近年来研究结果表明,各种原因导致的肝硬化患者均伴有血清瘦素水平增高,高瘦素血症和肝硬化患者的营养不良的发生、发展密切相关。
