锁定加压钢板与三叶草钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折比较分析 被引量:5

A Comparative Analysis of Locking Compression Plate and Clover plate for elderly proximal humeral fractures

摘要 目的:探讨锁定加压钢板与三叶草钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法:老年肱骨近端骨折分别采用锁定加压钢板治疗44例,三叶草钢板治疗48例,随访观察并比较二者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间、肩关节Neer评分、术后并发症等指标。结果:二种治疗方法在Neer评分优良率和住院时间方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。但在手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量和术后并发症,锁定加压钢板优于三叶草钢板(P<0.05)。结论:锁定加压钢板内固定方法可靠,骨折愈合率高,创伤小,并发症少。 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of anatomic locking compression plate(LCP) and Clover plate (CP) on elderly proximal humeral fractures. Methods:From September, 2002 to May, 2007, 44 elderly patients with proximal humeral fracture treated by LCP and 48 by CP were enrolled into the analysis. The operative time, blood loss volume, postoperative drainage flow, length of stay, Neer score, and postoperative complications were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two methods. Results:In terms of high rate of the fimctional score and hospitalization time, the two treatment results were not significantly different with each other (P〉0.05). However, in respect of operative time, blood loss volume, postoperative drainage and postoperative complications, LCP was better than CP(P〈0.05). Conclusion:LCP has the advantage of reliable fixation, high rate of fracture healing, less surgical trauma and less complications.
