乙酰胆碱酯酶作为水体中杀虫剂污染生物标志物的评价与展望 被引量:5

Evaluation and Prospect on Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) as a Biomarker of Pesticides Pollution in Water Body

摘要 随着"污染控制与治理为主的治理时代"逐渐向"预防为主的环境管理时代"迈进,乙酰胆碱酯酶用于水体中杀虫剂污染的早期预警研究已成为生态毒理学的热门领域之一。本文以近年来该领域的研究成果为基础,指出了乙酰胆碱酯酶作为监测水体中杀虫剂污染生物标志物的特异敏感性优势,并针对该生物标志物应用过程中尚未解决的难题提出了今后的发展方向。 With the transition from "pollution-control-and-abatement-oriented control age" to "prevention-oriented environmental management age", the early warning research on acetylcholinesterase as a biomarker of pesticides pollution in water body has become a popular field of ecotoxicology. Based on the previous reports in this field, this paper identified the specific sensibility of AChE as a biomarker, and expounded its foreground focused on the problem of the application process.
