摘要
以活性跟踪为指导,研究了盾壳霉代谢抗白叶枯病菌活性物质的有效提取方法、稳定性和薄层色谱分离系统。结果表明:采用甲醇多次浸提能有效提取抗白叶枯病菌活性物质,且在121℃下处理1 h或在室温下放置在自然光中180 d,其性状基本稳定;以石油醚与丙酮(4∶1,V/V)作展开剂,用薄层色谱分离纯化活性物质,经活性测定表明其抑菌活性明显。
The metabolic product of Coniothyrium minitans can confer resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae. In this study, the effective extraction method and stability and thin layer chromatography separation system of the metabolic product of Coniothyrium rninitans are introduced with activity tracking for guiding. It showed that the multiple extraction by methanol is effective. The samples were stable after being treated at 121 ℃ for 1 hour or being placed in natural light medium for 180 days at room temperature. The mixture of petroleum ether and acetone(4 : 1,V/V) was a suitable developing solvent for thin layer chromatographic separation, and the results of bacteriostatic test showed that the bacteriostasis is significant by thin layer chromatographic separation.
