摘要
以欧洲李(Prunus domestica cv.‘Tardicots’)和樱桃李(Prunus cerasifera)试管苗为材料,建立了茎尖离体培养与植株再生体系。结果表明:欧洲李最适宜的培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.05mg/L,0.1~0.2mm的茎尖培养成苗率为64.16%,0.35~0.45mm的茎尖培养成苗率为85.5%;樱桃李最适宜的培养基为LP+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA0.05mg/L,0.1~0.2mm的茎尖培养成苗率为64.53%,0.35~0.45mm的茎尖培养成苗率为84.7%。
Europe plurn(Prunus domestica cv. 'Tardicots') and myrobalan(P, cerasifera) were used as the materials and the regeneration system was established using the shoot-tips as explants. The results showed that the optimal medium for Europe plum shoot-tips culture was MS +6-BA 0. 50 mg/L+IBA 0. 05 mg/L,by 64. 16% and 85. 5% of seedling rate with 0. 1-0. 2 mm of shoot-tips and 0. 35-0. 45 mm of shoot-tips respectively. The optimal medium for myrobalan shoot-tips culture was LP +6-BA 0. 5 mg/L+IBA 0. 05 mg/L, by 64. 53% and 84. 7% of seedling rate with 0. 1-0. 2 mm of shoot-tips and 0. 35-0. 45 mm of shoot-tips respectively.
