天然红心鸭蛋对小鼠肝脏的影响

摘要 为探讨食用不同剂量天然红心鸭蛋蛋黄粉对小鼠肝脏的影响,将昆明小鼠分成5组:A组(对照组)、B组(普通蛋黄组)、C组(红心蛋黄低剂量组)、D组(红心蛋黄中剂量组)和E组(红心蛋黄高剂量组),6周后处死小鼠,测定小鼠体质量变化、肝脏质量及血脂脂质含量,并观察小鼠肝脏病理切片。通过H.E染色观察,结果表明,摄入高剂量的红心蛋黄粉会导致小鼠脂肪在肝细胞内沉积和变性,且随着剂量的增加小鼠体质量、肝重、血脂总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)都显著增加。这说明食用高剂量的天然红心鸭蛋蛋黄粉对小鼠肝脏脂质代谢有一定影响,能造成小鼠轻微脂肪肝。 In this article,the effect of natural red yolk powder of duck egg at different dosage on the liver of mice is discussed. Kunming SPF mice were divided into five groups at random. They were A group(the control group), B group(the duck egg with common yolk group), C group(the group of low dosage,red yolk powder of duck egg), D group(the group of middle dosage, red yolk powder of duck egg), E group(the group of high dosage,red yolk powder of duck egg). After the mice were fed about six weeks, all mice were killed and were the body and liver weighed, and the level of blood serum TC, TG and HDL-C was measured and the pathological section of livers of all mice were observed under the microscope. The results showed that a high dosage of natural red yolk duck egg powder might induce the fat to aggrade in liver cell. And the bodyweight, the weight of liver, the level of TC, HDL-C and LDL-C increased with the increasing dosage. In addition, livers with different dosage showed different pathological character. Deeompensation on liver of the mice fed the high dosage natural red yolk duck egg powder induced the light fatty liver.
