区域地震信息网络系统的分步实现

An implementation scheme by stages of area seismic information network system

文中对区域地震信息网络系统的“九五”目标和现实之间的矛盾进行了分析。为了有效地利用资金，结合地震系统现状及发展趋势，提出了从易到难的分步实现方案，并介绍了辽宁省地震局的初步实验结果。

This paper analyses the contradiction between the goal of the ninth fiveyear plan on regional seismic information network system and the present situation.According to the current condition and developing trend of seismic system application,we put forward an implementation schem by stages,to make use of the funds effectively and present our initial experiment results.
