摘要
以做校长工作的多年经验和参与新基础教育的体会,通过案例的方式探寻教师发展的机制和过程。在教师发展的过程中应该处理好老师的困惑与转变,制定好教师规划,开展专家引领下的课堂研究,注重专家与教师的互动交流。
In this paper, the headmaster who lead a primary school many years experiences and insights of participate in the "new schooling education". It is a case study to explore the mechanisms and processes of teacher development. In the process of teacher devdopment, it is important to deal with the confusion of teachers; make a good planning and conduct of teachers develop; formulate the teaching under the guidance of experts; make experts and teachers fully communicate.
