摘要
以对氨基苯乙酮为原料，经苯环氯代、α—氢溴代，再用叔丁胺胺化缩合，最后用ＫＢＨ４还原得克喘素，总收率达４０．８％。
Clenbuterol has been synthsised by benzene ring chlorination, α-hydrogen bromation, amination with H 2 NCMe 3 and redution using KBH 4 from p-amino acetophenone, and the total yield is 40.8%.
