Study on the Target Vessel Selecting for Law Enforcement Officials in Maritime System Working as Seafarers

海事执法人员到船上挂职锻炼是提高海事执法水平的一个重要途径,而船舶作为海事执法人员挂职锻炼的主要平台直接影响到挂职锻炼的过程和效果,因此必须进行严格的选择。文章介绍了挂职锻炼目标船进行选择的意义,构建海事行政执法人员挂职锻炼目标船的选择指标体系,最后建立了选择评价模型并进行了实例计算分析。

It is an important way to improve the ability of the law enforcement officials in maritime system by working as seafarers on board. We must select the vessel strictly as the main working platform. This paper introduces the significance of target vessel selecting for law enforcement officials in maritime system working as seafarers firstly, then constructs the target vessel selecting index system, finally establishes the selecting evaluation model and carries out the case analysis on target vessel selecting.
